     Feb. 1 2012 I began this challenge myself. It has only been 5 days, but I already feel better about the body that was given to me. I may not be 5'10", or a superstar, etc. But my goal has become to be "the best self, I can be"

    So here's your kick in the pants, to get moving. With your relationship with yourself and with our Father in Heaven.

Fabulous corn on the cob!

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 5 ears corn, husk and silk removed
• 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• Mix all, brush mixture on corn, wrap in foil, grill or bake 10 minutes
